The modernly and high quality equipped, 240 sqm light-flooded dream holiday home is located only about seven kilometres from Lake Chiemsee, very quietly in the small village of Wolkersdorf. It has underfloor heating, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen as well as a spacious dining room, a living room and a wellness area with a view of the Chiemgau Alps. The house has two large terraces, a small garden and a double garage. Up to eight guests (with children ten, toddlers with baby cot additionally possible) will find a home for the most beautiful time of the year in our house in Wolkersdorf near Traunstein.
The equipment is new and of very high quality. Our guests will find a sauna, a fitness bike and various small sports equipment in the wellness room with a view of the mountains. In the dining room, a fireplace ensures cosiness.
In Chiemgau there are great opportunities for an active holiday all year round and in any weather. And when you want to take it easy, relax in our cosy stone pine sauna, play one of the many board games, use our reference library or browse through the many travel and tour guidebooks for the surrounding area. Cook in a relaxed way in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy the spacious house and the crackling fireplace. The spacious house allows you to spend a lot of time together on the one hand, but everyone also finds his place of retreat.
Enjoy our house, which we ourselves love and use regularly. We ask you to treat the high-quality furnishings with appropriate care. The house is not suitable for party groups, we have immediate neighbourhood.

Cancellation up to 21 days before arrival free of charge. Cancellation 20 - 7 days before arrival: 50% cancellation fee of the total amount. Cancellation 6 days before arrival: 100% cancellation fee of the total amount.
Payment method:
Payment is only possible by bank transfer when booking via the website. You will receive a booking confirmation from us with bank details and payment instructions, 25% deposit and 75% balance. As a deposit we ask you to transfer 700 EUR regardless of the length of stay. We will transfer it back to you immediately after your departure, provided there was no damage.

You can usually take over the house from 5 pm on the day of arrival. Before that it is usually critical because of the final cleaning. However, you are welcome to leave your luggage beforehand. Please leave the house by 9 am on the day of departure and leave the keys on the kitchen block. Please close the garage door again.
The main town of the Chiemgau, Traunstein, with its many shopping opportunities and sights is about 3.5 kilometres away. From here you can easily reach Salzburg (30 min.), Rosenheim (40 min.), Munich (1 hr. 20 min.) by train.
Chieming with a very beautiful promenade and a quiet lido is only seven kilometres away. Übersee with its lively beach club is also only 20 minutes away. From both places you can reach Herrenchiemsee with King Ludwig II's castle and the picturesque Fraueninsel by boat.
In addition to the Chiemgau Alps, the Berchtesgaden Alps with Watzmann and Königssee as absolute highlights are about an hour's drive away. The eleven golf courses in the Chiemgau alone offer golfers great variety. Riders also get their money's worth at Gut Ising and other farms in the area.
Ruhpolding and Bergen offer ski schools and easy slopes for beginners. Advanced and expert skiers have well-groomed slopes and many options on the Steinplatte, about 35 minutes away. For cross-country skiers, Ruhpolding is an absolute Mecca within striking distance.

You can reach the house by car via the A8 Munich / Salzburg. Take the Übersee exit and follow the B2096 towards Grabenstätt.
You can travel by train to Traunstein, Traunstein is on the Munich - Salzburg railway line. It is about three kilometres from Traunstein station. You will find taxis at the station. The Avis car rental is about 600 metres from the station (eight minutes' walk).
Salzburg Airport is about 30 minutes away. From there, take the A8 towards Munich until the Übersee exit. Munich Airport is around 1 ¼ hours away, from there take the A8 towards Salzburg until you reach the Übersee exit. There is a charming, similarly fast route overland, you can find this via navigation devices.
